Anthony Le

Welcome! I am a 5th year PhD candidate in the Accounting Division at Columbia Business School.  I will be joining the University of Chicago as an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the summer of 2025.

My research interests lie at the intersection of accounting and labor economics. My current research addresses topics such as the impact of accounting regulation and standard setting on the accountant labor market, firms' human capital disclosures,  labor unions' financial reporting mandates, and gender representation in corporate governance.
